In just a week and a half, Girls’ Globe will be at the International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP) held in Bali, Indonesia. ICFP gathers the largest number of attendants yet with young people, organizational leaders, health professionals, religious leaders and family planning community representatives from around the world. The 2015 ICFP Conference will be co-hosted by the National Population and Family Planning Board of Indonesia (BkkbN) and the Bill & Melinda Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. ICFP will help shape and influence the role and contributions of family planning in attaining the new Sustainable Development Goals.
Girls’ Globe will be on the ground reporting live from the conference. Be sure to follow us on Periscope, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram for live engaging coverage via social media. Girls’ Globe will also publish blog posts each day related to a variety of topics related to family planning. You can sign up to receive the Daily Delivery e-mails which will highlight ICFP content during the week.
